About the Team

Card Partnerships is responsible for bringing new Partnerships to the Card Portfolio and growing our existing Partnerships portfolio. Within Card Partnerships, this role sits with our Acquisitions team which is responsible for growing applications across all of our Partners.

As a Product Manager within Partnerships Acquisitions, you will be responsible for owning our prescreen and pre-approval test and learn agenda, driving recommendations on which Partner to test with, why, and what insights we can drive. You will also be responsible for our in-store experience, driving clarity on all customer touchpoints within our Partnerships experiences and you will be given the space to devise recommendations that are grounded in human centered thinking and data. This role will be asked to demonstrate thought leadership in mentoring junior associates, thoughtfulness in navigating tremendous white space, ownership on roadmap priorities, and an aptitude to story tell. You’ll have endless opportunities to present directly to our Partner - allowing you to get buy-in for initiatives that matter to both COF and our Partners. This role is an instrumental part of delivering Partnerships imperatives in 2025 and beyond!

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management

 

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management

 

Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
