Summary:
As a Process Coordinator, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Process Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the broader team in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line. The role will allow you to contribute immediately while learning best practices of process management.
General Responsibilities:
Coordinating individual tasks as part of a broader process initiative
Collaborating within the team and across teams
Documenting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to decision makers.
Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
Understanding customer’s needs of the process and driving process improvements
Providing centralized oversight of the process and conducting regular process risk assessments
Skills and Competencies:
Excels in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
1 year of experience in Process management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management, PMI Certification, Process Management Certification
2 years of experience in Process management
1 year of experience in Project management
