We are hiring an Associate to support key HR processes and data. The Associate plays a critical role in supporting our broader HRX Horizontal team to deliver on key HR investments with monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes, such as org health, talent management and performance management activities.
In this role you will:
Establish SME with HR data systems - Workday, People Data Hub, Talent Development Tool, etc.
Provide data and customized reporting as needed for other requests, i.e. headcount tracking, spot bonus, spans and layers, etc. on a regular and ad hoc basis
Complete reporting as a part of key Talent Management/Performance Management/Survey processes
Partner with People Strategy & Analytics team and applicable Partners on dashboards and reporting
Support HRX Chief of Staff with reporting needs (e.g., MBR/QBR)
Partner with HRX Horizontal lead to execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activities
Prepare All Associate Survey summary materials (deck and/or Google sheets) for business leaders; includes scrubbing comments for inclusion in summary materials
Prepare for, audit and manage the semi-annual promotion process
Manage & Organize drives and files
Provide feedback to HRX Horizontal lead to help drive continuous improvement of these programs
Maintain and update LOB specific process documentation in Horizontal “How to” Playbook, update calendars/roadmaps, etc
Provide coverage to Horizontal team as needed
Understand processes, roles, responsibilities and deadlines to ensure well managed HR processes

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 years of experience in a project, process, or data role
At least 1 year of experience with data management and reporting
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite including Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
Project Management or Process Management Professional Certification
Data Analytics Certification
2+ years of experience in a Human Resource role (inside or outside of Capital One)
3+ years of experience in Project or Process or Data Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $71,200 - $81,300 for HR Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
