As a Manager, Cyber Technical (IAM) you will be a key member of the identity and access Management operations and certifications team. You’ll lead innovative, data-driven solutions that strengthen Capital One’s security posture and improve operational efficiency. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage both quantitative and qualitative analysis for complex data structures to generate actionable business insight and support IAM strategy.

  • Analyze data requirements and requests from management, define operational problems, and develop models and frameworks for validation and problem solving. 

  • Lead a team of cyber analysts providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight. 

  • Utilize expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and scripting tools to create and interpret analytical models that support IAM initiatives. 

  • Present complex data analysis concepts to diverse audiences in non-technical areas in clear and concise terms. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Security

  • At least 1  years of experience supporting SailPoint 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint IIQ 

  • 4+ years of experience in Implementation, Configuration, Customization and deployment in an enterprise environment

  • 4+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python and REST development

  • 3+ years of experience with database like Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX or Tableau

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700 for Manager, Cyber Technical

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
