Principal Associate, Workforce Planning & Ops.

As a Principal Associate of Workforce Planning, you will support implementation of Capital One Mexico workforce strategies by analyzing trends and forecasting talent needs, to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time to support our goals and strategic objectives

 You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the business. You will  demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.  You get technology, analytics, and use data to help illuminate the truth, prioritize teamwork, seek opinions of others and create a collaborative and fun environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating data from disparate sources to create a "single source of truth."

  • Work independently to interpret and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch

  • Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Address operational issues and challenges, finding solutions and implementing changes to prevent future problems.

  • Work with other teams to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

The person will:

  • Clearly explain complex data findings to stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize the concrete impact our initiatives are having on our objectives.

  • Analyze data to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to optimize processes and enhance performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • At least 1 year of process management/workforce planning experience.

  • Experience in communicating and collaborating with multiple partner groups.

  • At least 2  years of experience working on high level projects .

  • Experience with Google Sheets (part of G Suite) using advanced lookup & reference, conditional logic, calculated fields, array formulas and Apps Script.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience involving organizational design, staffing and/or budgets.

  • 1+ years of experience in Looker Studio
