The HR Business Partner team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs

  • Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work)

  • Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 6 years of client facing or consulting experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Masters degree

  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification 

  • 8+ years of client facing or consulting experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
