Summary: Sr. Director Leads the national field sales team for COAF. Responsible for delivering Finance, leads, and leads conversion revenue outcomes by building best in class relationships with our dealer customers through your Dealer Sales Pods. Adopts the Capital One business model to ensure the right balance of meeting customer requirements, with 0 defects, and go-to-market execution through our Sales System. Creates a best-in-class retail sales function built on a foundation of strategy, process, talent, and culture. Leads the staffing function for the Division including being responsible for all aspects of the talent functions such as recruiting, training, developing, coaching, recognition, Performance Management, and sales culture. Attracts, develops and retains best-in-class talent that delivers outsized results and becomes the talent bench strength for future leadership roles. Bring the Sales Improvement ideas to improve our Sales Structure. Play the channel lead role to support key strategic initiatives and improvements to the sales process; Be the Voice of Customer and main driver of our competitive intel mechanism. Identify and synthesize market insights - share with internal stakeholders to influence strategy to win locally. Own key relationships with large regional dealer group relationships; build significant relationships with top accounts within geographical markets. Ensure our highest value partnerships feel connected at the most senior levels
Responsibilities:
• Establish direction for team, setting vision and goals. Aligning goals with the corporate plan. Drives performance metrics and results.
• Selection and development of leadership team, leading/developing managers of managers.
• Driving toward and achieving origination targets for organization, communicating with the team.
• Planning and running Divisional Sales Meetings, working with internal partners.
• Motivation of entire sales team, direct contact with customers to build senior-level relationships.
• Manage up to 4 people
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in Managing Division or Area Sales Team
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Rep in Field
• At least 2 years of experience in Leading remote work groups
Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in Managing Division or Area Sales Team
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Rep in Field

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $212,800 - $242,800 for Sr. Director, National Sales
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
