Capital One Auto is seeking an innovative and data-driven Senior Manager to lead dealer brand marketing efforts for the Navigator Platform line of business. This associate will play a critical role in our B2B growth strategy, supporting Navigator Platform go-to-market (GTM) efforts, focused on driving integrated strategies across the dealer journey.
This role requires a mix of omni-channel marketing expertise, proactive approach to becoming a subject matter expert in our dealer offerings, an understanding of B2B marketing execution and marketing analytics, and the ability to identify and continuously drive optimizations as a high-impact people leader. What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute integrated brand strategies by spearheading impactful marketing projects, serving as a leader and collaborator with cross-functional teams from Sales, Product, Business Analytics, Creative, Legal, etc.
Set the overarching Brand agenda for Navigator Platform, owning the roadmap and prioritization for Navigator Platform Brand strategy.
Gain a deep understanding of Capital One Auto’s Navigator Platform offerings, serving as the subject matter expert on the Brand team.
Oversee cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital, traditional, and experiential touchpoints.
Strengthen brand identity through consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all customer and partner touchpoints.
Collaborate with Brand partners to drive thought leadership and position the company as an industry innovator through content, public relations, and executive visibility strategies.
Leverage data analytics, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize performance, and evaluate brand outcomes.
Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing brand marketing team through thoughtful mentorship, strategic development, and team collaboration.
Influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking through excellent communication and presentation skills up to senior executives.
Fully champion and embody well-managed processes, identifying opportunity gaps and driving improvements across immediate team and partner teams.
Partner closely with data and business teams to lead Marketing ROI reporting, helping inform decision making and surface key learnings.
What You Bring:
A high level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and executive-level requests while maintaining strategic focus.
Deep knowledge of brand marketing, with a proven track record in the financial services, fintech, automotive, and/or B2B SaaS industries.
A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful brand initiatives that deliver intended outcomes.
Expertise in omni-channel marketing from digital, social, and content marketing to traditional and experiential activations.
A passion for leveraging data, metrics, and insights to drive results and turn learnings into actionable implications to form a marketing strategy and go-to-market approach.
Leadership skills that include, empower, and inspire by fostering innovation and collaboration cross-functionally at all levels.
Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
Experience working with internal creative teams and agencies to execute high-quality campaigns.
A curious mindset, ready to dig in on dealer attitudes/behaviors/trends and draw implications for marketing.
Excellent judgement to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 7 years of experience focused on direct response marketing, brand marketing, B2B marketing, or corporate communications or a combination
At least 1 year of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
3+ years of people management experience
5+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing
5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications department for a Fortune 500 company, or experience within an advertising or marketing agency
Experience with automotive B2B marketing or automotive lending providers

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr. Manager, Brand
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
