Vehicle Remarketing Sr. Titles Coordinator - Onsite

Job Description:
The Vehicle Remarketing team is seeking someone who is passionate about making an impact with our customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and seeking a team to grow with. The Vehicle Remarketing Sr. Titles Coordinator is responsible for interacting with dealerships, DMVs, and other financial institutions to obtain required information.


Responsibilities:

  • Process repossession titling for Vehicle Remarketing

  • Ensure title work is processed prior to sale of vehicle (customer’s name removed from title by DMV when applicable) 

  • Place calls to dealerships, DMVs, and other financial institutions. Utilize probing questions to obtain required information to obtain required documents

  • Request and prepare title work from vendors

  • Manage and complete lien verification request

  • Complete daily spreadsheet work

  • Monitor performance/daily stats and manage monthly volumes to achieve departmental goals

  • Pre-fill state documents required for repossession titling 

  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities

An Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and efficient typing skills

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Dependability with strong ability to drive towards results

  • A level of flexibility and willingness to learn while receiving on the job training with no formal classroom training available


Job Level: Senior Coordinator 


Location: Plano 5, this role is an essential position and requires on site attendance

Department Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 10:00pm CT


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience

  • At least 1 year experience working in the financial industry

  • At least 1 year using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of titles experience or lien placement experience

  • At least 1 year of auto loan servicing experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
