In this role, you will:
Partner with teams across a large recruiting organization and the broader enterprise to address challenges related to recruiting data and reporting, build connections with our clients, and assist leadership with project delivery
Manage team projects, ensuring alignment with top priorities and robust communication with stakeholders
Build strong relationships with clients by sharing your passion about the value of recruiting data
Maintain expertise on data products to answer user questions, effectively recognize and translate needs into reporting product requirements for our data analysts
Monitor product engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback then compiling into actionable product enhancements or requirements
Create and share guidance on tool usage, demo products to users, and educate stakeholders on the best use of Talent Acquisition (TA) data and Team Metis products (https://u/Metis_Site)
An ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and tell compelling stories using data to day-to-day users
Comfortable in planning, prioritizing, and delivering work across multiple teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to adapt to and support organizational change initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience using Tableau Server as a data consumer
At least 1 year of project/process management or at least 2 years of recruiting or at least 2 years of consulting experience or a combination
At least 1 year of experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to analyze data
At least 1 year of experience using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of project/process management or at least 4 years of recruiting or at least 4 years of consulting experience or a combination
Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data, and using them to make strategic changes
Experience with or interest in learning Tableau Desktop
Experience with or interest in learning to use SQL and/or Python to access and analyze data

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $86,300 - $98,400 for Sr. HR Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
