Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) team is looking for a Project Manager to lead prioritized horizontal projects for Enterprise L&D’s Infrastructure and Design vertical team and Top of House. You'll partner with key Learning, Human Resources (HR), Product, and Tech leaders to drive and socialize progress on concurrent initiatives essential to well-managed enterprise learning. Early project assignments will tie to our learning management system (LMS), internal information architecture, learning operations processes/framework, L&D front door, and vendor scaling priorities. You will take on important responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders to enable digital-first learning for Capital One associates.
We're seeking someone who can seamlessly manage the refinement of business objectives into project plans and drive directional updates through the point of project completion, review, and retrospective. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least 7 years of Process, Project, Program Management experience or a combination
At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 10 years of Process, Project, Program Management experience or a combination
PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification or a combination
Ability to work in changing environment and manage multiple projects

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager, Project Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
