We're looking for an experienced and driven individual contributor Manager, Structured Content Management to help lead and drive the hands-on implementation, governance, and sustained operations of our strategic structured content ecosystem. This role will ensure the ecosystem serves as the core blueprint for how we manage and serve customer servicing intent.
Who We Are
We are a team of content professionals, dedicated to delivering clear, consistent, and effortless experiences across all customer touchpoints. We drive business value by creating and managing content that serves as the foundation for enabling our servicing experiences. We're a fast-paced, collaborative team committed to innovation and operational excellence.
What We Do
We are responsible for the end-to-end strategy, governance, creation, management, and optimization of content that supports our customer servicing channels. We are on a transformational journey to redesign and rebuild our content ecosystem, shifting from a traditional document-centric content model to a modern, modular, and structured approach that enables omnichannel delivery, personalization, and AI assisted servicing.
Why We Need You
You will use your expertise to help drive successful realization of our structured content strategy. We need your deep content skills and project leadership to translate the strategic vision into an operational reality. Your ability to collaborate across content teams, implement robust content models, and establish effective content operations processes will be critical in ensuring this ecosystem delivers measurable value across servicing experiences.
What You Will Do
Implementation Leadership: Help lead the project execution for implementing and migrating content into our new structured content ecosystem, coordinating efforts across content authors, engineers, and platform administrators.
Structured Content Adoption: Be a change champion, helping to enable the sustained use of our structured content model, metadata schema, and taxonomies to effectively manage customer servicing intent.
Governance and Standards: Help to establish, socialize, and manage the ongoing governance model, authoring guidelines, and quality standards for structured content to ensure consistency and modularity across the organization.
Sustained Content Operations: Develop processes for content maintenance, component reuse tracking, and ongoing content model evolution to ensure the ecosystem remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with changing business needs.
Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with content creators and business partners to ensure successful adoption of new tools and structured authoring practices.
Qualities You Will Bring
Project Leader: Proven ability to move projects from strategy and concept through to successful implementation and sustainment, managing risks, timelines and dependencies.
Technical Content Expert: Deep, hands-on knowledge of structured content authoring standards and content modeling principles
Content Operations Leadership: You leverage your content expertise and skills to guide and enable others, fostering an efficient operation that provides high-quality content solutions.
Strong Influencer and Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical and architectural concepts to content creators and technical partners, influencing adoption without direct reporting authority.
Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying system constraints, governance gaps, and content quality issues, then developing and implementing effective solutions.
Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.
