As a Senior Associate, System integrator supporting multiple business areas and job families across the enterprise, this role will lead and support critical functions of the operating model and risk management for two applications with a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing products. Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining critical business documentation, resolution of incidents and events related to risk tech efforts, audit support, access management, file transfers, mitigation of data risk, and basic analysis for LAUNCH readiness, administrative creation, and retirement of processes and features. You may also lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects as needed.
This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas including multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong collaboration skills and be able to drive results independently. Knowledge of how to navigate technical requirements, 3rd party management and project management systems/tools will be critical to maintaining a well-managed process. Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1.5 years of experience with system integration
At least 1.5 years of experience in Process Management or Project Management
At least 1.5 years of experience working in a Risk, Access, or Technology Role
At least 1.5 years of experience with G Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in a technology based environment
3+ years of experience in Process Management or Project Management
3+ years of experience in Risk Management
BPM, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Project Management certification
Computer Science, Data Risk, or Cyber Security knowledge or training

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100 for System Integrator
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
