Summary:
To support Capital One Philippines and US Card internal sites in managing various administrative duties in the Workforce Management Scheduling system ensuring accuracy in associates’ schedules and in execution of scheduling and absence management solutions.
General Responsibilities:
Administrative responsibilities
Plots pre-planned off phone activities in the Workforce Management Scheduling system for Capital One Philippines and US Card internal domestic sites to make these information schedules available to the Scheduling and Operations team
Administers corrections on associate’s schedules based on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exception report by regularly checking incoming FLSA schedule correction request from various sources through the Workforce mailbox
Audit and Control
Processes requests aligned with the Workforce Management Standard Operating Procedures and compliant with the FLSA, unless otherwise instructed by duly authorized parties
Report generation - utilizes appropriate reference files in accessing information; Maintains and monitors department-wide reports and adheres to turnaround time of report outputs in servicing agreements
Escalation of schedule adjustments - communicates exceptions and /or recommends schedule adjustments to scheduling team
May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Operations
Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:
Educational Background: At least 2 years of college
Professional Experience: None
Skills Required:
Functional knowledge of MS Excel; Preferably with familiarity of basic work force tools, work force analysis, and HTML
Amenable to Work in Alabang
Open to Hybrid Setup and Nigh Shift Schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably with familiarity of basic Workforce tools
Strong interpersonal skills to address requirements of internal customers
Ability to organize and monitor information
Ability to innovate / identify opportunity areas for process improvement
