We are seeking a strategic problem solver and intellectually curious associate to join our Finance team to support our fast-paced Brex Integration. As a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, and modeling, while building strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
You will manage financial performance and equip leadership with critical financial insights, directly influencing strategy and driving business outcomes during this pivotal transition. Job Responsibilities:
Drive the Integration: Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility related to the Brex integration.
Navigate Complexity: Seamlessly navigate complex, cross-functional workstreams to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts and proposed new initiatives to optimize business performance.
Executive Visibility: Develop compelling presentations and present insights to executives from all over the company to influence both business and financial outcomes.
Deliver Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to deliver accurate and meaningful financial management reporting, enabling our partners to meet their financial and business objectives.
Manage Risk: Provide transparency on costs and business drivers, clearly communicating risks and opportunities to budget targets.
Project Management: Address and deliver on ad-hoc requests and special projects as they arise in this dynamic environment.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years’ experience in financial analysis
At least 2 years’ experience with financial modeling
Preferred Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
3+ years’ experience in financial analysis
3+ years’ experience with financial modeling
1+ years’ experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Financial Analyst
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
