- Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on user questions, problems or malfunctions of Branch and Café networks, hardware, software and wireless equipment
- Proactively, identify and address issues utilizing provided tools
- Perform daily monitoring, updating and closing of incident tickets
- Escalate issues as needed and maintain communication with the customer, technical teams and Vendors within the established service level agreements
- Inform management of potential problems and identifies problem trends
- Create and maintain support documentation and training materials
- Implement new strategies or procedures when required
- Assist with Installs, configure and upgrade device hardware and software as needed
- Any other duties and special projects as assigned

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Systems and infrastructure
- At least 1 year of experience with TCP/IP protocols
- At least 1 year of experience with Windows or Linux operating systems and support
- At least 1 year of experience in Network Management and Monitoring Tools and Utilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- CCNA, Network+ or Security+ Certificate
- 3 + years of experience in Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management
- 2+ years of experience in all aspects of Network and Security
- 1+ years of experience in Fault, Capacity and Performance Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Illinois (Hybrid On-Site): $106,900 - $122,000 for Platform EngineerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
